A good question to ask though is: “Is a Smart Phone like the Samsung Epic 4G Touch a Luxury or a Necessity?”. It is also not quite a luxury phone as the cost would be much less than a luxury phone. The phone will slot into the market where people would be able to afford it as a necessity and not just buy it as a luxury. Once you purchase your smart phone, you will quickly notice the importance of it and place it under your list of must-have devices.
